Sydney Grace Bredenberg

It is with great pleasure that I am able to announce more information regarding our daughter, Sydney Grace Bredenberg, soon to be brought home from the Jiangxi province of China!

Also, please note the new box on the left-hand side of the web page. If you would like updates and info while we are in China, please enter your email address. This list will only be used for adoption updates, and will be used sparingly.

Here are several photographs of her. The first was taken at roughly six months and is the picture we received of her on the day we got the referral. The other two were taken earlier this month.

The last report we got from earlier this month says that Sydney is roughly 29 inches tall and just under 20 lbs. These numbers may not be totally accurate, as we have heard that sometimes the measurements are taken with some (or in some cases, tons of) clothing, but they seem about right for a baby her age (or so my doctor tells me.)

I'm so excited for you guys. Sydney is adorable and I can hardly wait to meet her. I looked up her province in China and it sounds so beautiful. It is adjacent to the Guangdong province which is where Mom and Dad Joe are from.
Rollin, I've been reading your blogs and thoroughly enjoyed them. I loved the fortune cookie story.

My curiosity is perdurable. I can't wait to hug her and hold her, when the time is right, and after she has "bonded." I look forward to seeing her sweet face. You are both so very fortunate.

Love,

Fly
